FYI, reverted ld-cris/pic-gc-72.d change on 2.22

[Hans-Peter Nilsson]

I noticed ld-cris/pic-gc-72.d failed on the 2.22 branch,
apparently due to the cause for the adjustment having been
reverted, hence I reverted the adjustment change.

2.22/ld/testsuite:
	* ld-cris/pic-gc-72.d: Revert last change to adjust for reverted
	cause for last change.
