Thanks for checking there.  cegcc/mingw32ce/'Windows CE' is
default non-underscored, so it's indeed nice to confirm there
too.  (FYI, if running the binutils testsuite, arm-wince-pe is
the better target to run tests for.)  Thanks Kai for cleaning
this up.
