[PATCH] gprof/gmon_io.c closes input twice.

I'm having issues with my copyright disclaimer (see what happens when
you involve lawyers), however I submit this patch as obvious:

gprof/gmon_io.c now attempts to close gmon.out file twice for certain
file types --- this fixes it.
