I don't think so. It seems gcc-3.4 is stricter than gcc-4.x on shadow 
warning. gcc-4.x does not report these warnings. I'm committing the 
attached patch. Tested using gcc-3.4 on Debian. Regtest is OK for 
bfin-elf target.
