[RFA] Fix omission on PowerPC e500mc64

[Edmar Wienskoski-RA8797]

This patches adds some Freescale 32 bits instructions to our new 64 bit 
part.

I regression tested on powerpc64-unknown-linux-gnu without any problems.

Could a PowerPC maintainer review and commit the patch for us ?
