I accidentally left the elfcpp.h change out of patch #2 (ran the
commit from wrong directory), and it got checked in with this commit
instead. Could you fix the log message for elfcpp/elfcpp.h, please?
These commands ought to do it:

$ cvs admin -m 1.36:"        * elfcpp.h (enum SHT): Add
SHT_GNU_INCREMENTAL_GOT_PLT." elfcpp/ChangeLog
$ cvs admin -m 1.32:"        * elfcpp.h (enum SHT): Add
