built gcc-4.4 branch libjava with a binutils from trunk and this patch applied,
and passing --no-merge-exidx-entries, no regressions in the testsuite. one
build configured to default to armv4 by default, another one configured to armv7
by default, and adding -marm.
recent gcj versions (>= 4.1?) don't work work with the old arm abi.
I'll recheck with 4.5 and trunk as time and build resources permit.
