[patch]: ld .def file parser allowing '<' and '>' characters in identifiers

Hello,
This patch allows the '<' and '>' characters in .def scanner for
identifiers. Those kind of character can appear in VC generated
mangled names. (Same as for the patch I've sent for dlltool).

Tested for x86_64-pc-mingw32, i686-pc-mingw32, and i686-pc-cygwin. Ok for apply?
