[patch]: Allow '<' and '>' in ID names for deflex.l

Hello,

Symbols decorated in VC style can contain '<' and '>' characters, too.
This patch adds them to the lex file for parsing ID names.

Tested for x86_64-pc-mingw32, i686-pc-mingw32, and i686-pc-cygwin. Ok for apply?
