[PATCH] Fixes to MicroBlaze opcodes files

Here's a patch to the MicroBlaze opcode/disassembler
files which is needed by GDB.

2009-10-05  Michael Eager  <eager@eagercon.com>

   * opcodes/microblaze-dis.c: Add include for microblaze-dis.h,
   eliminate local extern decls.
   * opcodes/microblaze-dis.h: New.

This builds for xilinx-microblaze-elf.

I'll check this in tomorrow unless I hear objections.
