binutils 2.20 regressions (20091002)

> cr16-elf: FAIL: ld-elf/linkonce1
> cr16-elf: FAIL: ld-elf/linkonce2
> cr16-elf: FAIL: ld-elf/merge

I could see only one FAIL as "FAIL: ld-elf/64ksec-r". Ran the tests on 
x86_64 machine.
Please confirm.

> crx-elf: FAIL: bit_insn
> crx-elf: FAIL: br_insn
> crx-elf: FAIL: cmpbr_insn
> crx-elf: FAIL: ld-elf/64ksec
> crx-elf: FAIL: load_stor_insn

The above fails are ok for now (as all above tests passed on i386 host 
pc and failed on x86_64 host
pc only). I am working on to fix.
