PATCH [version 2]: Add AppliedMicro Titan (APM83xxx) support

Hi everyone,

The updated patch is attached to this mail (to avoid any further  
formatting issues with my mail client).
The following changes are contained in this revision of the patch:
* addition of a "-mtitan" option
* updates to the PPC opcode table to support the AppliedMicro Titan core
* an additional test case for GAS for the AppliedMicro Titan core
