Elf magic number registry?

I sent email (appended) to registry@caldera.com asking if we could
formalize the Elf magic numbers we're been using, but the email bounced
back to me just now and I wondered if there was an updated "registrar". 
This is the address given in bfd/doc/bfdint.texi in the current CVS.

We are shipping products using the following magic numbers for our Elf
headers:

#define EM_TILE64     0x2506
#define EM_TILEPRO    0x2507

You can see a bit more about our products at http://www.tilera.com.

Is there a particular process we should go through to get these numbers
added to the standard Elf headers, etc.?  Thanks!
