[PATCH] Include as.h at start of gas/config/tc-arm.c

Hi,

Solaris-hosted BFD for ARM doesn't compile. The problem is that sysdep.h 
(which includes config.h) is included in elf32-arm.c after the system 
headers - it needs to be included before them.
