Bugzilla Bug 6893 - info

Hello,

Is the Bug#6893 fixed? Is this bug patch need any target specific info 
to be added?
(like binutils/readelf.c file is_none_reloc() needs to add the target 
specific cases?)

Please clarify.

PS: After adding the above patch also I am still getting error message 
seen with bug # 6893 with
    cr16-elf tools.
