  The list archive threading is broken across the month/year change.  It was
approved at

    http://sourceware.org/ml/binutils/2009-01/msg00014.html

and applied to HEAD at r1.113 of pe-dll.c on 20090103, so I will proceed to
apply it to the branch as well.  Thanks!
