  I also rolled over the ChangeLog while I was in there - let me know if I
did anything wrong, like should have done it as a separate commit or anything.

<smacks head>  D'oh.  I remembered to do the ChangeLog but forgot to
update the copyright years.  Should I fix that or do we just leave it
until next time somone commits to those files?
