[PATCH] Xtensa - Revert inadvertent check in

[Sterling Augustine]

My immediately previously posted patch crossed with another one, causing
a ChangeLog conflict. So I had to try to commit again. Unfortunately, my
second try included a file I did not intend to commit.

This patch reverts that file to the original.
