GDB multi-build failure in lm32-opc.c file

I tried to compile gdb
../src/configure --enable-targets=all --enable-64-bit-bfd  
--enable-static --disable-shared --enable-debug
on a 32bit i686 Ubuntu

with constant zero length parameter; this could be due to transposed  
parameters

Seems to suggest that CGEN_INSN type is
still opaque and thus of unknown size...
