Binutils 2.19.1 Released

The 2.19.1 release fixes only regressions or major bugs from 2.19.  It  
is not made from the cvs
main branch but from the 2_19 branch.
As your cr16 target specific patches have been applied only to the  
main branch they are not included in the 2.19.1 release.

Patches are not automatically put in the release branch - that's a  
manual process.  If you want patches to
be in the release branch you have to propose them.

So there is nothing wrong, that's just the normal procedure.
