COMMITTED: More adjustments to GAS MIPS tests for mips-ecoff

Hi Guys,

  I am checking in the attached patch to fix of the gas testsuite
  failures for the mips-ecoff target.  The changes are either to skip
  tests entirely if they are not easily adjustable for the ecoff
  format or else to tweak the expected outputs so that they will match
  both ecoff and elf formats.
