Suppress "Start Linear Address Record" in ihex file

Agreed. But I have no way to fix it so looked for workaround.

Ok, I have not tried --set-start=0 on objcopy but I suspect it will 
work. Hopefully this somewhat undocumented feature won't be "fixed" in a 
future release. Thanks for the advice.
