PATCH: add gold directories to src/MAINTAINERS

I am committing the following patch to add the new gold directories
(elfcpp, gold) to the MAINTAINERS file.  As the MAINTAINERS file
contains /* change-log-default-name: "/dev/null" */ at the bottom, I
will not create a ChangeLog entry.
