PATCH COMMITTED: --enable-gold

As part of releasing the new ELF linker I've been working on, I've
copied this patch over from the master gcc repository.

	* configure.ac: Add support for --enable-gold.
	* Makefile.def: Add gold as a directory like ld.
	* configure, Makefile.in: Regenerate.
