Why doesn't objdump display assembly code mixed with source code?

I tried the attached scripts, but cannot still get assembly code
mixed with source code by objdump.
I have tried 3 cross gcc toolchains, only sde-gcc/sde-objdump can get
the expected results.
The 3 cross gcc toolchains are:
mips-elf-gcc on Cygwin (http://www.macraigor.com/cgi_bin/counters/unicounter.pl?name=counters/gnu_win_mips&deliver=http://www.ocdemon.com/gnutools-mips-elf-2.05.exe)
sde-gcc on Cygwin (ftp://ftp.mips.com/pub/tools/software/sde-lite/IPDP00298-01.06-2B-MIPSSW-SDE-LIN-v6.06.00-LITE.tgz)
mipsel-linux-gcc on Linux
