[PATCH, toplevel] Enable libobjc for ARM Linux EABI

Hi,

This patch contains the top-level part of:

  http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2008-05/msg00303.html

David Edelsohn pointed out to me offlist that I'd omitted to apply it to
the src repo also.

FAOD, is this OK for src trunk?

    * configure.ac (arm*-*-linux-gnueabi): Don't disable building
    of libobjc for ARM EABI Linux.
    * configure: Regenerate.
