x86 maintainership

I'm applying the following simply to reflect the reality that I'm not
active in maintaining the x86 port these days.  Also I guess I'd
better make a commitment to maintaining the SPU target, unless someone
else wants to step forward?

	* MAINTAINERS: Remove myself as ix86 maintainer.  Add for SPU.
