[patch]: Fix issue with relocation v2 on 32-bit target

Hi,

I found a memory access violation in the new relocation v2 on 32-bit
targets. The symtab was allocated too small.

	* pe-dll.c (make_runtime_pseudo_reloc): Make symtab big enough to
hold relocations.
