Blackfin: set default bfd for bfin-linux-uclibc targets

ive committed this patch for Blackfin FDPIC targets so the linker defaults to 
the FDPIC bfd

	* configure.tgt (bfin-*-linux-uclibc*): Set targ_emul to elf32bfinfd
	and targ_extra_emuls to elf32bfin.
