out-of-date GNU ld and binutils manuals on www.gnu.org

I sent mail to webmasters@gnu.org asking them to delete it which is all 
I can do.  Also the binutils-2.12 docs.

If you start at the FSF binutils site and follow the links, you do get 
taken to the correct documentation.  The only problem seems to be that 
there are old files on the site that aren't pointed to by any current 
links, but which haven't been deleted, and which google hasn't forgotten 
about.  So we just need to delete them from the FSF machine so google 
will stop referring people to them.
