Add support for Ericsson's DICOS OS

Hi,

This patch basic support for Ericsson's DICOS OS.  These are the
needed bfd bits to build i686-dicos-gdb and x86_64-dicos-gdb.
The src/config.sub support is already in, due to the merge from
upstream Ben Elliston did a few hours ago.
