[patch]: PR/5020: STRINGTABLE doesn't work in 2.18 windres

Hi,

This patch solves problem PR/5020 about stringtables. The yacc file is 
eating (**wrongly**) the next token after passing one entity. I tested it 
for cygwin and linux and it works for me.
May somebody can review it and give me an approval to apply.
