[PATCH] s/subsegment/subsection in as.texinfo

Hi Guys,

  I am applyling the patch to replace occurances of "subsegment" in
  the gas documentation with "subsection".  This makes the
  documentation internally consistent and might help to avoid
  confusing readers who know about ELF segments.
