  Have you built binutils-2.18 from source?  If you have, you can just run
"make pdf" in your build directory and you get a set of pdfs.  You need to
have texinfo and tetex and a bunch of that sort of stuff installed, but that
apart, it's simple.

  If you don't, let me know, I'll send you a set of pdfs off-list.
