clean up minor issues in binutils.texi

This patch fixes some minor issues in the binutils documentation.  There were a 
few places where hyphens were used instead of dashes, and several instances of 
incorrectly punctuated "e.g." and "i.e.".  (You need the periods and they should 
almost always be followed by commas.)  In two places, I changed "eg" to spell 
out "for example" because they were at the beginning of sentences.  Committed as 
obvious.
