Missing "ltversion.m4", etc. in binutils ?

Hello,

I am currently preparing a patch in winduni.c and winuni.h to support 
unicode transformation for non-windows hosts via iconv.
I detected, that the files "ltsugar.m4", "ltversion.m4", and 
"ltoptions.m4" not in repository, but I need them to use 
"/config/iconv.m4". Did I something wrong, or are they simply missing ?
