fix Xtensa GAS documentation

For some time now, the Xtensa port of GAS has no longer been automatically 
aligning Xtensa ENTRY instructions, but I noticed that the docs had not been 
updated.  I've committed this patch to correct that.

gas/
	* doc/c-xtensa.texi (Xtensa Automatic Alignment): Remove statements
	and index entries about automatic alignment of ENTRY instructions.
