Should the section address be ignored when processing DWARF information ?

Hi Guys,

   You both seemed to like the patch so I have checked it in along with 
this ChangeLog entry.  I hope that from now on we will be able to 
display DWARF debug information properly for both Cygwin and MACH=O 
platforms.
