[PATCH] Fix ARM test failure

[Mark Shinwell]

The recently-added test binutils-all/strip3 fails on ARM due to
the presence of the .ARM.attributes section.  I think that below is
the most straightforward and further a more reasonable remedy; is it
OK to apply?
