CR16 and CRX target support - MAINTAINERSHIP

Hi,

I would like to become a maintainer for CR16 and CRX target support.
Please advise, if this is ok.

Please note that, I have removed "Tomer Levi <Tomer.Levi@nsc.com>" from CRX 
support maintainer, as he left the National and added myself as CRX target 
support maintainer.
