This looks good. I checked all the new instructions and their formats
and did not find a single mistake. Testsuite runs fine as well. Almost
perfect except for one minor nit: the name of the new machine is z9ec
while the predecessor was called z9-109. Why don't we call it z9-ec?
Would look a little bit nicer ..
