Add to targ_extra_libpath for mips*-*-linux-*

Normal "make check" for mips-linux as a sanity check that there was no 
stupid mistake in applying the patch to mainline.  (In the 2.17 tree where 
the - identical - patch was originally developed, also with a custom 
compiler multilib configuration with twelve different multilibs that 
showed up the need for the patch in the first place.)
