Building binutils-2.15 fails...

I am trying to biuld binutils-2.15 with "--target=i386
--prefix=/prefix --disable-nls -v" on SunOS

then I do the "make all". Here is the log of last few lines....

Can some one please tell me which Flags i need to check before building this...
