[PATCH}: Add .rodata sections to CRX linker script

Hi Guys,

  I am going to apply the patch below to add an entry for .rodata
  sections to the CRX linker script.  Lack of this entry was causing
  an error message to reported during one of the linker tests for the
  crx-elf toolchains.
