Do not run SPARC 64-bit tests on 32bit-only platforms

Hi,

For Solaris, these are SPARC/Solaris 2.5.1 and SPARC/Solaris 2.6.
Tested on SPARC/Solaris 2.5.1, 2.6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, applied as obvious.
