Added new test for z80.

Hello,
I have added a test for assembling and disassembling z80-instructions involving offsets.

gas/testsuite/ChangeLog:
	* gas/z80/z80.exp: Add offset.
	* gas/z80/offset.d: New file.
	* gas/z80/offset.s: New file.
