[m68k] More incorrect ColdFire FPU opcodes

The attached patch fixes several incorrect opcodes for the ColdFire fabs, fadd 
and fsub instructions.

It also adds a test for most of the ColdFire FPU opcodes.

Tested on m68k-elf.
