binutils 2.15.91 and 2.16.91: ctors from crtend.o not load on linux cross gcc (__cxa_throw)

It's low priority, because the syntax *crtend.o(.ctors) was added by 
mingw32 only, and only not works on cross builds from linux to mingw32.
Native buils works.

Perhaps is something wrong with filename parsing?
