binutils for arm-wince-pe build broken on cygwin?

A little late, but...
Confirmed. I am having the same problem for i686-pc-cygwin.

Probably the same is happening to me. When I stumble on this again I am 
going to try something like,
find . -exec dos2unix {} \ ;
on my sources, although that will screw all my timestamps, and that will 
screw cvs diffing...
