[PATCH][Z80] disallow redefining constants with equ

Now that you are officially the Z80 maintainer please feel free to Z80 
specific patches like this in without checking for permission first. 
Please do still post the patches to the mailing list so that they are 
archived and please do follow the normal acceptance procedures for 
non-Z80 specific patches, or even patches that are partially non-Z80 
specific.
